In a comprehensive upgrade of Westridge Apartments, we renovated 10 apartment buildings, accommodating a total of 220 units. Along with the primary living spaces, the scope of the project encompassed a leasing office and 14 distinct garage structures. An integral part of this renovation was the full exterior repaint of every building and structure on-site, which extended to all amenity fencing. To ensure the paint's longevity and consistency, minor exterior wood repairs were executed in alignment with Sherwin Williams paint specifications. Progressing into the roofing dimension, a thorough shingle roof tear-off was conducted, spanning approximately 1815 squares. This entailed necessary wood decking and fascia replacements, the fitting of new drip edges, flashing metals, underlayment, ice and water shield, pipe flashings, collars, and caps.
