Matt Wiley


Matt leads due diligence, entitlement, and design efforts on development opportunities. With an extensive background in all facets of development, Matt has been involved in a variety of complex projects spanning a diverse mix of asset types including multifamily, medical clinics, student housing, and hotels. Prior to Russell Square, Matt worked for Seattle based Spectrum Development Solutions managing multiple ground-up projects with total development costs in excess of $500M. Matt holds an MBA from University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and a BA from Loyola Marymount University. He is also an active member of ULI previously serving on ULI NW’s product councils for Affordable Housing and DEI Initiatives.
