Seth Smith

Over the years Seth has consistently delivered complex projects to clients throughout the west coast and intermountain west. Seth is a Project Manager with a focus on complex large scale development projects often representing owners’ and developers’ interests. From the age of sixteen Seth was onsite as a young carpenter and was able to grow into senior management over years of hard work. Today Seth has built several multimillion design-build single family homes featured in architectural digest, also a billion-dollar 32 story luxury tower in downtown Los Angeles, University of San Diego and University of California projects.
