Matt Wiley
VP OF DEVELOPMENT
Matt is responsible for leading all aspects of the development process, including due diligence, entitlements, design, construction oversight and leasing for Russell Square’s market rate, mixed-income, and mixed-used developments. Matt is also involved with the general management of Russell Square’s day-to-day operations.
Prior to joining Russell Square, Matt worked at Spectrum Development Solutions where he was exposed to a variety of complex projects across multiple real estate asset classes. Matt holds a BA from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. He is also an active member of ULI previously serving on ULI NW’s product councils for Affordable Housing and DEI Initiatives.
