With a B.A. in Finance and Economics from Washington State University, Laurence Hicks brings a wealth of expertise to our development team, specializing in due diligence, assembling budgets, and design coordination. Prior to joining Russell Square, he successfully developed over 1,000 affordable units and managed over $350MM in total development costs for multifamily projects in the Pacific Northwest. At RSC, he collaborates with the development team, providing support in the entitlement process, due diligence, and pre-construction.
