Joe Collier
PROJECT MANAGER
Joe comes to Russell Square from Layton Construction. Based in Hawai’i, Joe runs the NorCal operations for RSC assisting the on-site staff for the American Canyon and Vallejo projects. With 30+ years of experience in the construction industry, Joe has built and managed all different types of projects and comes to RSC well-seasoned.
Joe began his career as a Carpenter specializing in Custom Homes. After a few years of framing and trim he joined the US Navy, as a Seabee, supporting them as a Construction Project Manager. After the Navy he worked for Pulte Homes spearheading their first large multifamily project as Project Manager. After working in Multifamily for a while he successfully managed multiple hospitality projects across the U.S. as Owners Rep for Noble Investment, Driftwood Hospitality, and Blackstone Hospitality Group. Prior to onboarding with RSC he was a Sr. Project Manager with Layton Construction overseeing a large 1 Hotel project for Starwood Capital in Princeville, Kauai.
Joe and his wife live on Maui with their 100lb American Bulldog, Piper.
