Hawthorne Hill was the first development undertaken by JSP and RSC. Purchased in 2016 by Jackson Square, the original property was 336 units with 3.5 acres of vacant land. By combining parcels, RSC increased the allowable density to fit an additional 93 apartments on site. Entitlements started in 2017 and construction was completed in late 2019.
One, two, and three-bedroom apartments range from 707 to 1,235 feet. Each apartment has a private balcony or patio, washers and dryers, and substantial storage. The open floor plans have been recently renovated to include deluxe upgrades designed for comfort and functionality.
