Overview
At Walnut Grove Apartments, we initiated significant renovations to improve the structural and visual aspects of the property. We began by removing the existing vinyl siding down to the wall sheathing, replacing areas as necessary. A new weather resistive barrier (WRB) was installed, along with new window, door, and wall flashings. The exterior then received Hardie lap siding on the first floors and Hardie Panel in a board and batten style on the second floors, covering all apartment buildings, carports, and garages. Adhering to Hardie's guidelines, approximately 4000 squares of siding will be installed. To enhance the aesthetic appeal, we will apply all new paint to all buildings, structures, fencing and any previously painted surfaces (i.e. light poles, etc.). All paint to be applied in accordance with Sherwin Williams paint specification.
