The Domaine at Napa Junction

The Domaine at Napa Junction will bring high-quality multifamily housing to American Canyon, addressing the city’s growing residential demand. Spanning 20 acres, the community will feature 291 residences across two distinct parcels, separated by a striking 4-acre hillside that required extensive grading and stabilization.

Construction began in October 2023, with a design that balances modern living with the natural landscape. The upper parcel—home to more than 200 residences—offers unparalleled panoramic views of Napa Valley’s wine country, while the lower parcel features over 80 units across four buildings. To create a stable, buildable site, the project required mass excavation, precision grading, and advanced soil reinforcement techniques. Over 130,000 cubic yards of soil were strategically relocated, reshaping the land while ensuring long-term stability. Mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) retaining walls and a geogrid-reinforced slope system provide structural support, while a 2,000-linear-foot underground drainage system directs water safely away from homes and infrastructure.

At the heart of the community is a modern, resort-style clubhouse featuring a state-of-the-art fitness center, turf workout space, private workspaces, an arcade/game room, golf simulator, pool, and spa.

With a vision that merges technical precision with exceptional design, Domaine at Napa Junction is set to enhance American Canyon’s housing landscape while delivering a secure, well-connected, and enduring community. The project is expected to be completed in November 2025.
