The Addison

At the Addison Apartments, we completed significant renovations to improve the structural and visual aspects of the property. The scope of the project encompassed 17 Buildings, 146 Units, and 68 carports. We began by removing the existing vinyl siding down to the wall sheathing, replacing areas as necessary. A new water resistive barrier (WRB) was installed, along with new window, door, and wall flashings. The exterior then received Hardie lap siding on the first floors and Hardie Panel in a board and batten style on the second floors, covering all apartment buildings. Adhering to Hardie's guidelines, approximately 1700 squares of siding were installed. To enhance the aesthetic appeal, we applied a new paint scheme to all buildings, carports, trash enclosures and any previously painted surfaces. All paint was applied in accordance with Sherwin Williams paint specifications.
