333 Soscol will bring 230 new apartments to a seven-acre site along Soscol Avenue, just south of Downtown Napa. Previously home to a car dealership, the site will be transformed in partnership with Jackson Square Properties into a modern residential community in a key commuter corridor.
The development includes six four-story buildings designed in a transitional contemporary style. Residents will have access to a clubhouse, fitness center, pool and spa, golf simulator, and outdoor lounge areas. The site will provide 373 parking spaces with future capacity for bike transit.
Construction is expected to begin in spring 2026, with the first homes delivered by spring or summer 2028.
