Overview
In a comprehensive upgrade of Hillside Terrace Apartments, we renovated ten apartment buildings encompassing 168 units. The renovation extended to a leasing office, a fitness center, a dedicated maintenance building, two laundry rooms, and included 168 carports. Each building underwent essential woodwork repairs, replacing damaged and rotted wood siding and railings. A complete repaint of all buildings, structures, fencing and any previously painted surfaces (i.e., light poles, etc.). All paint applied in accordance with Sherwin Williams paint specification. Furnished and installed all necessary shingles, weatherproofing, accessories, venting, and replaced all damage decking in order to deliver to client a complete and watertight roof system.
