Multifamily Development and Permitting

Russell Square gets involved with the project immediately when a site is identified as a potential opportunity. Russell Square will liaison between the municipality, seller and buyer in order to streamline the due diligence and entitlement process.

We will vet all consultants for the project and select the best team to work side-by-side with the city planners, hearing examiners, and the city council to get the property fully entitled.

Concurrently, we will work with the chosen architect and design teams to navigate buyers through schematic design, design development, and full construction drawings and specifications in order for the project to be permitted and constructed.

General Contracting Services

Throughout the design and permitting process, Russell Square’s in-house construction staff is constantly providing feedback on building systems, design issues, finish schedules, and value engineering options. This allows ownership to have confidence going into the construction phase that budgets and timelines are carefully thought out and the best team of subcontractors are in place.

Russell Square is licensed to perform general contracting in multiple states on the west coast and self-performs several trade functions. This keeps costs under control and allows for more accurate scheduling during the construction process. Russell Square also utilizes subcontractor relationships that have been cultivated over two decades with firms based throughout the country who also travel with us from project to project.
